UK Immigration Legal fees
We provide a fair and transparent fee structure for all cases. Our legal fees are based on the complexity of your individual case and agreed in advance. The legal fees listed on this page are estimates, and any additional costs will be advised in writing prior to commencing work on your case.
Book a fixed fee consultation with our UK Immigration Lawyer, who will assess your eligibility and provide you with expert advice based on your specific case. Consultations carry no obligation and are followed up in writing with anticipated costs and timescales. Alternatively, you may request a call back to arrange an initial chat about your case.
We offer two options; an Express 30-Minute Consultation and a Full One-Hour Consultation. Express Consultations are charged at £50 and are ideal if your enquiry is more of a general nature. This consultation is also suitable for applicants seeking initial guidance on UK immigration and visa applications, reapplications, British nationality applications or appeals. The fee is fully deductible from your legal fees should you decide to proceed with our representation.
Alternatively, we offer a Full Consultation, which runs for one hour and is best suited to applicants seeking more detailed advice, whose situations are more complex, or who might need bespoke guidance around complicated appeal processes. Full Consultations cost £96, and either option is payable by cash, card, PayPal or bank transfer at your convenience. This option is also deductible from final fees if you select us as your representative.
In all cases, we endeavour to adhere to fee estimates as below where possible. Should our team anticipate the need for additional or alternative assistance, we will confirm in advance and seek your approval as to the fee estimate before work commences.
Fees which may be payable to the Home Office or other authorities in connection with your case do not form part of our professional fees and are payable separately. Our UK lawyers will advise as to documents and supporting evidence required in line with Home Office rules.
Professional fees listed below represent indicative legal fees and are dependant on case-specific complexities, issues or time sensitivities.
